My experience with this company has been problematic, at best, since early December 2013 when I bought their "trial" offer. Not satisfied, on Dec 13th I called to cancel.I was billed for $98.27. Their product was returned - with RMA Code and USPO receipt. and they kept billing my credit card after I cancelled the account.

Jan 9, 2014 Bellavani refunded $98.27.

A new unauthorized charge of $98.37 appeared few days later on my bank statement.I called and, again, I was refunded the amount after I threatened to call the Attorney General. I was instructed to return the unopened product to 'RETURN TO SENDER."

Jan 24, 2014 a confirmation email about the refund was received with the following text:

Your account has already been credited. Please keep the product.

April 10,2014 Bellavani placed me into a collection agency for money due $98.37!!

I am writing with my case information to the Attorney General of California and reporting this Company. They should not be allowed to stay in business and should be heavily fined. And if by chance this shows on my credit report I will initiate a "class action suit."
