Started to order on line, I guess in January of this year (2014). When the person stated how much it was going to cost me per month after free trial $89.99 I said NO I DO NOT WANT IT. I was sent it anyway. It had no number to call and did not have an account number or an amount due on the small "statement" that came in the package. It appeared on my bank statement $89.99 though. I called several times regarding this was cut off several times. About the 5th time I called the lady Jenny said to return it, she would send email instructions. I called a few times more with getting cut off in between The guy said he would send me an email. I told him you have my old email gave him my new one, he said he would send it but no email. I do not know how to send back. I am going to send them back to Florida, the only address I have for them. Ijust can't believe this company and sure would like to tell everyone not to get scammed by them. Susan Rigby
