It is amazing how a statement can be true but have a different meaning. Lumanelle said "14 day free trail" which is true but they do not tell you that you are joining a membership. When I saw an almost $200.00 charge on my bank account, I called the automated number and was told that I had a shipment on 4/14/2014 so I assumed that was what the charge was for. Talked to a very argumentative supervisor who told me the charges were for the free samples that there was no 4/14/2014 shipment, was given RMA numbers to return samples and told I would get a refund. Today I got an e-mail saying my membership was cancelled and that when my 4/14/2014 shipment arrived to return it with using RMA numbers listed. They are the same RMA numbers I used to return my FREE samples. Now what?
