First I purchased the package for 499$ and the next day I called them and told I couldn't bear remaining expenses then they gave 200$ back to me and also said they are going to send the package to me by mail. Till now I did not received the package and the customer service people are not talking nicely. While purchasing they talked nicely while cancelling they are not and also they disconnected the phone without any answer.
My only suggestion to everyone is please do not buy from Traveloptions.us.com.
