these people totally ripped me off!!!
i purchased a would-be hand-made dress from babyonlines@ebay back in early january 2014. i set up a guest paypal account, deposited the money, and was supposed to receive the dress (i think from china) no later than february 7, 2014. the promptly took my payment, and the dress never arrived. i started contacting in mid february, and was told that my dress was not done," that the shop was very busy." i kept in touch with , and she assured me that everything was fine, and that my dress was done, and that she would send pictures in two days. this was in early march. then, she asked me to resend all of my measurements, and tell me what the color of the dress was supposed to be! I DON'T THINK SHE HAD EVER EVEN STARTED MAKING MY DRESS THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, AND WAS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED! WHAT MAKES THIS EVEN WORSE IS THAT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY WEDDING DRESS!!!

i have contacted ebay, paypal, and my bank to report the seller AS FRAUDULENT, and hopefully get my money back! i posted this same complaint on a paypal forum, and received some very helpful feedback about hot to proceed. here's the link:
