I have an Iphone 5 Locked to Sprint USA. I asked if they can unlock they said they can i paid 49.99 GBP to unlock. They said will takes 5-15 days. I did not check their complains after i made the payment. after i placed order i waited 5 days as they said allow them 5-15 days as said to their site. I asked for refund said no refund when submitted to unlock server if they failed they will refund. After Exactly 15 dys as their max time frame theny send me this status "Your handset is barred/blacklisted, as per our terms and conditions we cannot refund you. There may be a barred service available to unlock your handset for an additional fee (see below if available). Alternatively as a goodwill gesture, we can credit your account for use on another unlock. Simply use the Support tab."
In real my phone is not in black list never report lost or stolen.
Now they do not want to refund my money saying my phone is The IMEI you gave us has been rejected by the carrier for unlocking due to being marked Blocked, so no refund.
But in real it is not true.
