They list property that are not actually for rent or sale, they list on sites who specialize in rental property, say you have to send out letter to arrange a walk thru & set up a rental agreement for $40 a month. They promise to give access to list of alleged rental properties that are in forclosure- Most of the leads given have tenants who are not moving nor wish to do so all the others have been no response. Rental Contacts have not idea how they got onto their list & are dealing with being displaced. Waste of time with my family having less than 30 days to move. DONT DO IT! I don't care how good it sounds. When I tried a few days later to log -in the web site could not be found. gRRRRRR
