I Got fraud by bestexchangeonline when i tried to exchange 229 dollars they said i have to give them my personal details such as my passport and my ID saying it cashu require but the order has been successfully transfer in cashu and the money has go out of my account and they didn't tell me before the order that may happen anyway i tried to send them some of the information they ask for and instantly i got message saying failure i tried to tell them to refund the money to the cashu account and that also didn't work ! after taken my money they ask me question about it ! i tried to tell them that i don't want anything no more just give me my money back and also that didn't work ! only thing i can say now try to no deal with them so this don't happen with you guys like it happened with me

Now every time i contact them they logout and end the chat
