I sold a dress and coat on ebay to Centaur_ca on ebay- she had 100%feedback and local pickup is listed as an option with ebay so she paid through paypal and she picked up the items . She then goes to her bank and tells the bank that she was a victim of fraud for the money she paid for my items. Pay pal then says they could not do anything about it since she picked up the items and there was no tracking number. I have waited all this time and pay pal will not use the ebay email proving that she has my items and has not paid me. I contacted ebay and they said she has done bad paying ptactices before- yet they still gave her 100% rating- this is not fair to the seller. I keep requesting that she give me back my items but she is merely lieing about when she will pay me.
