After I called them to cancel my membership, they still charged my credit card. And it's a new credit card replacing the old one. I haven't given the information of this new credit card to them before!
Moreover, the rebate they promised never came true. All the rebates I submitted have been denied by saying it's refunded already. But I haven't got any rebate from them, not a penny!
This company is cheating all the customers and should be definitely sued for false advertisements.
