My wife ordered tickets through this company not knowing that we already had tickets obtained cheaper elsewhere with a group. The policy is no returns or exchanges. We immediately called and requested cancellation before the order went through the third party company they were processing with. Our emails were ignored until after they fulfilled the order and threatened us with collections when I refused to accept delivery and warned of disputing with my credit card company. They intentionally processed the order and ignored our emails until after the ticket sale was completed by them which they could have easily prevented. The cost was twice what they are worth in fees that are not necessary as the show is months away with plenty of seats available. They force sales through to get their fee and no customer service. Its a trap and you should listen to their message and read policies before you make the right choice and avoid this company.
