I saw advert for this product without doing my usual research and after I received the trial I decided I did not want it and just thought no more of it but when I looked into my bank account I found to my horror that they had taken £184.00 from my account .no way would I have done this as I can't afford this .i phoned my bank and they are looking into it as fraud. I contacted them and had a Chinese lady answer the call who was very calm and just kept repeating the same thing that she cancelled the order and would give me £60 only and I said I want all of it and she refused I told her that the law says that I can change my mind before 14days and she just kept repeating the same thing how are they still trading if they have broken the law ? How do I get it back ?
