I had a laptop computer in an auction on Ebay and the winner did not pay within a week and I contacted ebay and lodged a complaint several times but they kept closing the dispute report. So I finally gave up and relisted the laptop and another second winner sent my Paypal the funds. I clicked on the print Lable from ebay shipping, but they sent the wrong lable that was shipped to the first winner who did not pay for it, and I didn't know it was the wrong address. When I found out it was the wrong bidder, I refunded the second buyer through the paypal refund button, on paypal and refunded the money the same day that it was received in Paypal. Now Ebay says I owe them for $45 that they refunded to the second winner and closed my account in Ebay and sent a collection agency to collect for them. I filed several disputes with Ebay and Paypal with both sending me back and forth to get it straight but still not getting paid for my computer or my computer getting sent back, or convincing Ebay that I do not owe anyone money and that they owe me the $51 for the computer that they sent to the wrong buyer, and not getting the receiver of goods to pay up. There was shipping records that state it was received from me. And I have proof of my refund to the second buyer as I did not get these funds in my account at PayPal.
