My husband (stupidly) ordered a "free" trial of Vydox for the cost of the shipping. They charged his account for not only the shipping, but a month supply of the product. The web site doesn't say anything about this being a "subscription" and that if you don't order it, they will send more. There was no paperwork in the package giving contact information on how to ask questions. When a 2nd box showed up a month later, I got on the internet and found contact information at vydox.com (which is the only name on the package). The web site says that you have 67 days from the first order to try the product and return it for a refund if you are not satisfied. I called and the customer service rep tells me that this account doesn't qualify for a refund. It was ordered from vydoxtrial.com and that site has only a 14 day trial period. This company is a complete scam. I am warning anybody who will listen. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! They will steal your money!!!!!
