When I checked my bank records online, I found an unauthorized $11.99 charge by FYE. When I called the bank to inquire, I was informed it would be "a recurring monthly charge." I explained that there was no membership agreement, and I then asked how the charge had even been authorized since the debit card used the month prior was no longer valid, as I had since been issued a replacement card. The bank has since initiated an investigation against FYE, and refunded the funds.
