Hello..I had sent a complaint sometime late last month on this issue that am having to resend again a complaint!! I NEVER got a reply or anything to indicate that my account would be credited back to my credit card!! The amount that was charged to my credit card is as indicated and would like that my credit card be credited back!! I apologize for my irritated complaint but I AM VERY ANNOYED AND IRRITATED!! Nonetheless and the fact that I had also put MY EMAIL address so that I COULD get A REPLY as I was charged this amount as indicated unnecessarily and I would like to get my monies back!! I've been having nothing but issues on this and am also getting ALOT ALOT of calls from my financial institution re: payments!! SO I would appreciate that this AGAIN submission of my complaint be cleared up IMMEDIATELY FAST!! I can't wait anymore!! Please send me a reply and would like to get my monies back !! Either send me by cheque would be appreciated! once I get reply from this site and if my address is required then inform me fast asap!! so that I can get this resolved and give the reply back to my caseworker of Welfare!! Because she too has been contacting me daily for some time regarding on this matter !! And when it comes to Governments here in Canada, welfare is extremely strict on these kinds of things. I believe that the amount that I had indicated that I feel I was frauded and that I never ever ever gave my credit card info to the company!! That to me is still baffling!! Anyways, I would want a reply fast on this issue!! Thanks!!
