Total frauds!!! DO NOT TRUST!! I have been dealing with their so called customer service team via email for the last year. When you email [email protected] it goes to a zendesk help desk system. The web address for their zendesk is wtix.zendesk.com is you use the email address you used to email info@ and create a password you will be able to see a history of all contact made this way.
