Iv had 69.95 taken from my account with my content on 31/12/13 have spoken to them a few times on the telephone 31/1/14 to see why as I'd only just noticed from a bank statement as iv got direct debits that come out my account at the end of each month, to be told I have got to send a cancelled contact form by email and written cancellation by post, for something I didn't even want or need, I was told it would take 7 days.
This 7 days past so I had to call again to be told it could take up to 30 days for when they received my written cancelation this also past so I called again to be promised it would be in my account by 14th march 2014.
That also past so I had to call again to see why I haven't received it to be spoken to a woman so rude, I was explaining what had been going on for her to say stop jabbering on so I can talk please for her to say u are on a long lost with others that are waiting for refund and that there was a back long and when this clears I'll get my money, even while explaining to her what had happened she was in other words a liar. This still hasn't been resolved I spoken to my bank about all this to be advised to send a email to customer services email address on web site explaining my situation and the records I have of all this to wait for a response. No response has been given and in still wanting my 69.95 + my charges this caused being taken out without an overdraft, plz help me as I'm not getting anywhere by calling them and still no refund
