I opted to try the night cream from Equinox on line. I paid 3-4.00 to ship product to my home.
I never received a email conformation letting me know that they even accepted the order. Aprox. five days later I received the products (2 small separate boxes) I opened the sides of them and no paper work came with them. I taped up the box ends and sent back "return to sender"
It has been about a week and a half and now I have received 2 separate charges on my account. One for $99 and one for $93.00. I called my bank and they canx the account so that they can not charge me again, they were even aware of this company and have had received numerous complaints before. They were worried about other charges that they stated had happened to other customers before as well. I did not have even a phone number for Equinox so I started to search the net and found the information on "Rip Off Scams"
I called and spoke with CSR Jennine and she stated that she would resend me the product and start all over again. I declined and stated that I wanted my money back and told her that they could keep the shipping money previously paid. She then consulted with her boss who stated that I would only receive 100.00 back and that they would keep the rest, without explanation. Now, they were going to send me the product and start all over when she must of verified with warehouse that the product returned, right? BUT, according to their procedures, I could not get a complete refund because I did not supply them with a tracking number since I sent the product back "return to sender"
This company is a total SCAM....Keeping peoples money even when they know that you did not receive the product.
