I saw an ad showing Ellen Degeneres touting the RVTL/Equinox creams. The website said "FREE 30-DAY SUPPLY", only pay postage/handling. On 4/14/14 (that night),I placed an order, agreeing to pay postage for both creams. THAT IS ALL I AGREED TO DO; however, they charged my bank account today (4/18/14) $93 - and attempted MORE, but I didn't have that much in this account. Now they're saying "Oh, you had 14 days from date of order to cancel or we charge your account". #1. 14 days from 4/14 is TODAY, 4/28, so when I called, they should have cancelled & refunded money. They claim that 14 days from 4/14 is 4/27.....
#2. Website I ordered from NEVER stated it was a continual account. I NEVER EVER would have ordered from them if I knew that.
