i ordered proactive for my son and i was offered acne vitamins for free.I cancelled proactive and the vitamins a few days after the 1st order i wanted what i ordered but DID not want to be on any automatic delivery.it took 2 times for proactive to get my account cancelled but it was all done before any charges.But GRC vitamins charged my account for a second order even though I called and said I wanted my account canceled well I was charged and I called again and was told i was issued a refund and a return label i have recieved neither and I have not gotten the 2nd bottle of vitamins.I spoke to a supervisor today 5/29/14 named natasha and she said the refund was never issued and that she did it and i would get an email confirmation have not.i believe since i was told twice i would get a refund I should get double back since that lied and did not do their job.
