Purchased this policy for my vehicle in November of 2013. I purchased the tech choice adavantage plan with the confort and performance upgrade. In February of 2014 I brought my vehicle in for service and found my ball joints were bad, brake caliper was seized, exhaust manifolds were bad,and my sway bar links were broken. Omnisure stated that none of this was covered, it was wear and tear and I was on my own. I tried to cancel the policy and the man on the phone was extremely rude stating that i had to follow the cancellation instructions in my information brochure. I asked to speak to his manager and he stated that the manager was in a meeting along with every other manager. They repeated gave me the run around in attempting to work with them including telling the dealership who contacted them that they could not speak to them on my behalf because the dealership was not the policy holder. These policies are a nothing more than a scam.
