I ordered the product under the "buy 1 at $29.95, get 2 free", with a 60 day money-back guarantee program, but was shipped 5 bottles and charged $148.00. After 1 month of using the product, I called the 877-890-2212 number on the side of the bottle to request information on returning the unused portion and getting a refund. Incidentally, there was no internal packaging with my original shipment indicating order number, return or contact information. (First red flag).
Upon tryinG to fill out the postage lable to return it, the USPS website AND the UPS.com website both stated that the address given me was not a deliverable address. Here is the address they gave for the Returns Dept:
14603 East Montrieff Place, Aurora, CO 80011. I called back and spoke with another person with a probably-ficticious name - "Saye", and she verified the address given earlier by "Marshall". Interestingly enough, when you call, they say that the calls will be monitored for training purposes. Yeah, I guess they are; training their people how to give out wrong information with a guiltless conscience. I decided to ask "Saye" what I should do about this "undeliverable" address for the return, and she told me to go ahead and send it back, and I would be given the refund, less restocking fee of $5.95 per bottle, including the empty bottle.
After reading these other comments, I think I'll keep it, rather than risk losing it and my money. If anyone has a similar experience, I would appreciate hearing from you. Companies such as this, need to be shut down. [email protected] AND I GUARANTEE YOU THAT IS A DELIVERABLE ADDRESS!
