They service is always a week delayed. The quality of writing is just horrible. I bought 6 articles worth of writing. First draft was written with unacceptable quality. As if some school teacher from deep village who never saw American TV or never read a modern book. You can almost hear Indian accent when you read their text. I complained about 1. changes of meaning of submitted text, 2. unacceptable syntaxix, 3. outdated phraseology. First response of Contentproz was: we do not see any problems. I had to go and actually highlight the places and explain to them. They said they will fix it. I waited and told them not to bother and just refund the money. They sent me second version and it was equally bad. I complained again, etc. This is Indian run service and their writers are Indians never exposed to american culture. They give big promises, delay, send poor quality service and then you have to explain to them what happened. Here is the example of their text: "... delicious product that can be eaten without any precaution or special technique". this makes me very sad.
