I too have been scammed by these fraudsters at ChatAndVision - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Ordered a 30$ Skype gift card 4 days ago and have not yet heard back from them.
ChatAndVision, if you're reading this: REFUND my order now (ID SO412460) or I'll file a dispute claim with my bank and report you to the authorities.
Skype, if you guys are reading this: Stop working with this company, Chat&Vision is just ripping off customers all over the place without actually fullfilling any orders. HELP PLEASE!
