Similar to others, I completed a survey attached to a reputable website and was offered the Derma Juvenate product for $3.99 as a gift for doing the survey. I was subsequently charged $103.10 CND on March 20 and $107.20 CND on April 19 as I was apparently a subscriber now, according Rejuvenate. He asked if I read the terms and conditions and I told him the lack of them should have been my first clue not to get duped into this. They offered me a $40 USD "customer courtesy" as I told him I wasn't satisfied, and when I asked to speak to a manager he told me he was it. Derma Juvenate is snake oil. Would love to get a full refund.
