This company called me to inform me my computer had virus. They were contacted by microsoft windows that some errors existed on my computer.
the did a scan of it and told me computer was infected. I could buy their 3 year service for $299.99. OK so all went well for few months.
By 12/21/12 , No phone answer anymore. I kept getting a msg the phone was disconnected and no longer in service.
These guys are scammers.They are out of business.
Do not ever buy things on line again from people that call you on the phone.
Ask for physical address, how long they been in business, and are the owners. Do not buy from out state or out of county goods. Beware of scammers. That is my advice.
