I ordered an item that stated "ships in 24 hours". So I waited 72 hours before trying to get a tracking number for the express shipping that I had paid for. After numerous inquiries with their online support department, they get back to me 13 days later stating they did not have the item I ordered. That was fine. So I requested a refund. They said it will take 30 days to process the refund. So five weeks later I try to figure out what was happening with the refund. They stated they had refunded me on March 11th and to check with my bank, which I did and of course they did not see the refund. Now I am going on sixty days and they have repeatedly said they refunded me, which they haven't. They keep giving me some reference number to give to my bank to research, which my bank says they have no idea what that number is supposed to mean. I tried contacting them through their Facebook page, but was blocked for letting others know of the problems I have with their company. I never expect to see the $35 back from them, which I know isn't all that much money, but money is money.
