above is the reference of the complain that I present since yesterday.

I made the donlowad of 2 games, on DH TEXAS POKER STARS. Tbe first one was the BLACK JACK -472.000.00 FREE CHIPS WIN FOR THE DONLWOD AND RUN IT. The second, on the same day, immediatly after the first, was the FLAPPY RUNNER -472.000.00 FREE CHIPS WIN FOR THE DONLWOD AND RUN IT. I made the things correctly, and no credits were given to me. I present a claim, with the above refence given, and for my suprise, until now, my credits weren't given to me.
I have the game install on my tablet but one of the things that I can't do is to take a screenshot of the donlowad's. I explain this and later on, a lady with the name Cherly Dmonte, after I insist on sending mails, because the amount of free chips I will not shell pass, they are mine for right, she sent me a mail, saying thag credits on the amount of 472.000.00, from the FLAPPY RUNNER were credit to me. I went to see, and no credits were there.
I sent her another mail, explain it and until now, still no reply from her side. Then I receive another mail, concerning the BLAC JACK, and was the same thing. A screenshot was asked and I explain again, that I can't do it.
I know and I told the person that sent me the mail, that you, the company, have access to the donlowad's that are made and see if credits were given or not.
You have my complain reference, so go and see it.
Mrs Cherly Dmonte show a lack of responsability and a lack of profissional way, that it's a shame for your company, having people like this that don't know to work and respect the client.
You have 2 ways in solving this and one, credits on the exactly amount are credit to me, or you have to compensate me for these 2 days that I'm been tired and sick of wait that someone solve my problem.
2 days, wasting my time sending mails and nothing was solve.

And please, take in attention, that no matter the soltution that you going to arrange me, must be on the exactly amount that's mine for right and justice.
No amount inferior what I mentioned, will be accept by me. I hope this will be solve most urgently as must be. If not, as I mentioned on the severals mails that I sent, we are talking about 'virtual money' and if not solve, believe me, we talk after but about real money, as a compensation for all that's is happen in these 2 last days. I could be in Europe, but I have an office, in USA, from a Law Firm and I can start a process against your company. This is the last thing that I do about these. I will wait for the solution of my problem, and once again, remenber, I WILL NOT ACCEPT LESS THE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE FREE CHIPS.
