I signed up to a free trial but did jot realise that you had to cancel so far they have sent me two lots of cream which i do not want i want to send products back and get reimbursed however not sure how to send it back . They took two payments out of my bank account there was no communication from them or any warning that if you did not let them know they would take money from my debit account
