Do yourself a favour before dealing with this man (yes that's right, man) there is no major organisation, it is just a clever use of words and clever website and wording giving the impression of a big company who he is just the employee.
Investigate with the QBSA, but please don't stop there, try and make contact with some of his old clients from his Seasun days. Forget the spiel about the hardluck with bad debtors, check the poor quality of the builds, the service or lack of.
No matter how it's framed and disguised Esiway is just Grant Rhode disguised as this professional organisation with him as just the poor little salesman just trying to provide you with a pride and joy.
He certainly will broker you a deal and then you sign the contract with the builder (because he is not licenced and also does not have to warranty the work).
If there is a typo with the contract, misunderstood details or promises (there is usually plenty of them) made throughout the sales process he will just refer you to your builder to sort out at no cost or comeback to him.
The only losers are the builder and the client.
Builder makes no money and the client doesn't quite get the house they ordered at the price quoted because there is no money in the build for the builder to give in on Grants promises, so either the client pays the extra as variations or the builder loses to keep the client happy.
Builder gets disgruntled, no worry's burn him and find another builder (he's a good salesman, start the spiel again)
