I ordered a trial of Healthy Choice Garcinia product. I was not happy with the product, and called them to cancel on 1/26/2014. I was told that my account was canceled and there would be no further charges (I had already been charged the shipping charge, which I am NOT contesting) to my Discover card. The very same day my card was charged $148.00 by them. When I saw the charges, I called and was told that I should send the product back, and my money would be refunded. I sent the product back on 2/11/2014 via the USPS. They have refused to refund my money, and claim they have never received the product. Now, when I attempt to contact them by phone my calls all go to voice-mail. I have never been contacted other than by e-mail, and then only to tell me that they have not received their product.
I believe this to be an attempt to avoid refunding my money (guaranteed on their television commercials)by not answering my attempts to contact them by phone.
