Absolutely the worst experience ever with this company! I ordered tickets through them for the first time, and they screwed up causing me to have to reschedule to a different date. THEN, when I go to will call my tickets still aren't there!
It has been a week, and they won't call me back or issue my refund like promised! Two customer service reps lied to me, saying that they called me multiple times and left me several voice messages and emails. I have all my voicemail transcribed and emailed to me through sprint, so I have proof that they never left any messages.
This is a shady business! You will regret dealing with them!
