On 10/29/2011 there was a fraudulent charge of $156.80 pending on my account through Abercrombie and Fitch. I called the number and spoke to there customer service Rep whom I explained the situation to the good news is that the order did not ship but I have had to wait 3-5 business days for that pending charge to drop off. I was told by my credit card company all the company would have to do is fax a letter stating they did cancel the order and they would not be charging my card and they would release the pending charge within 6-8 hours this has been a complete nightmare. I did file a police report as told by the store and I have called several times was not able to speak to a manager to have this resloved. I feel the person who used my information had more success than I have which I am the victim of this mess. All they had to do was send a simple fax. I do work in customer service and we go above and beyond for our customer and I feel this was poor satisfaction on there part.
