I purchased a shirley wig and changed my minds in a matter of minutes due to reading the complaints after my purchase. The cancelation policy states "Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund." I was definitely within the time frame. I canceld through shirley wig website and I emailed the company. They replied and told me they would refund the money. I haven't heard from them since. My bank is involved so I'm hoping I will get my money back.
Never order anything online with a debit card always you a regular credit card for protection.
