International boundaries
IGEA LIfe Sciences have made an unauthorised credit card withdrawal and delivery of product not ordered. WHen trying to contact IGEA Life Sciences to find out why this happened i phoned them on 16 occasions and emailed on 3 separate times over 7 days. I hung on for between 5 and 25 minutes to their customer service number to no avail. No response to any emails. Is this a scam?
I am worried I will have to cancel my credit card to get them out of my life.
