I had a horrible experience with Doctor Rooter!
I had my house waterproofed,but the did not but in a thing they call a membraine that is blue in colour as I was told. It took them one day,and just the weekend i had water come in. Called another waterproofing company they diged three feet on both sides .so the scammers just cut back by sealing it properly on one side. I got taken,because they said $3,000 CASH DEAL no Reciept vs 3,500 + taxes in order to save me $1,000 I fell for it,and now I have do re do it all over again. They dont even pick up the phone. 416-799-1919 and we get a females voicemail. I and my partner has called them several times,and they never return our calls. Revenue Canada will catch up to them,but Im sure they are prepaired with some scheme up their sleve!
