the company stated i was guaranteed a contract phone so i completed an order for a phone (didnt realise there was a £59-47 fee}i was refused the phone and offered a few more but didnt want any of the phones offered so i emailed asking for a refund n they said no they had found me a contract but in actual fact i was turned down for the phone i chose so they lied when they said i was guaranteed a phone,,,,,i feel iam entitled to a refund
