I noticed that this company had made 2 small deposits of 1 cent & 2 cent into my account on 10/10/11 than a withdrawal for the total of 3 cents on 10/11/11. I called and inquired about this to this number 888-403-4051 they told me it was for a loan that I applied for which I never did, they said that they would cancel my account, I said great and thought that was the end of it, but than on 10/17/11 I notice another deduction from my account of 15.00. I called them immediately and got the run around saying that they only deduct 30.00 from customers and that they show no record of the 15.00. I called again and was told that it would be refunded within 5 working days that did not happen I called back very irate and was told to hold for a supervisor, on hold for 30 minutes then was told that I was being connected the line went dead. no call back from them, so I waited another week which is today called again and after 20 minutes of very calm complaining I get through to a supervisor Toni (female) she was very rude and told me that no matter what I show on my account as proof of the 15.00 deduction that their records are extremely acurate and they do not show it, than rudely hung up on me. I am pissed and want my money back.
