You WILL regret doing business with these people! The owner of this establishment and his wife are just rude. They will not stand behind their work. They will not even listen to complaints. They treated us with disrespect and would not even talk to us about the situation.

He said to us “If you are going to complain, get out.” This was after the check was cashed, of course. We had a car window tinted. There were bubbles. …. You want bubbles in window tint?

When we went in to get the glass fixed we were treated rudely. I felt like these two folks didn’t fully appreciate the color of my skin. The owners actually told me to go complain to the guy in the shop because he’s a contractor.

I gave the owner the money and then the owner wouldn’t talk to me about the work that I contracted with him for. I was given a 20 minute window that was actually delayed for hours. Best Buy Auto Glass, Inc. is not a good business.

They wouldn’t even provide a receipt because the glass was darker than law allows! WHAT ?!?!?!?!?!? You have been warned.
