i was directed to their website and was stated it was free to join. i signed up and searched the site and found i was charged $99.00 to join. i emmediately contacted customer service. the emailed me a refund request. i filled it out and emailed it back.this was all within 15 minutes of when i joined. they denied my request saying they have a zero refund policy. i have contacted them by phone and email numerous times and have gotten no response in regards to my refund. i have filed complaints with the federal trade commission and the better business bureau. this company needs to be stopped. they are a threat to anyone who joins.
