I* ordered from the Internet on 2.5.2014. received the cleanser and the raspberry ketone 4 days later. I had trouble ordering from the site and tried a few times. I thought I had not ordered this and I was pleased as I thought it was strange. I received my bank statement on 10.5.2014 and saw they had taken £185.00 from my account. I rang and was told I should have told them within 14 days that I did not want any more. This was the 10.5.2014- 8 days later. I spoke to a gentlemen called something like Carm Davis (I think) and I told him how upsett I was at this charge and he said I should have ticked some box, but I had trouble keeping the site on my computer, that is whyI thought i had not ordered this. He has agreed to repayh me £100.00 in 4 days from today. I will wait to see if I receive this payment. I can ill afford to pay nearly £200.00. It should only have been £10.00. I have tried to ring them again and got cut off when I asked to speak to this gentlemen.
