I placed an order for a free trial of Supracleanse 350 & Green Coffee and the ad said I only had to pay $5.99 CDN for shipping. My MasterCard statement came in showing that I had been charged $99.99 CDN for each bottle plus $5.99 CDN shipping.
I checked their terms & conditions which states that they would automatically ship more product monthly at $99.99 each. I thought this charge was for the next shipment, which I did not receive.
Now their terms & conditions have changed to say that if we keep the free trial they will bill us as mentioned above.
Also, you cannot print the terms & conditions so there isn't any proof of what it originally said.
It is now May 10th, and I am still fighting to have my Credit Card adjusted.
I have since found a site where you can make the choice to have an auto-ship or not and the product is considerably cheaper.
