This co. is misleading and stealing from people. I paid for activation charges and then a total of 48.97 for a phone number that an inmate was supposed to use to get connected to me, then these low life's (customer service reps) stated that I also have to pay more money to pay for calls. I said WHAT? I would like to put a ---- in all of them. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. what a world where this scum gets away with this.
