There was an ad saying pay for shipping, $4.95 and you can try a sample of their product. In no way was I told this was a trial and that I would be charged $80 and $90 a bottle after 14 days. I called when I saw the charges on my card and they called back the next day. The woman on the phone, Stacy (not her real name Im sure, she said she was a supervisor and she called me from a Skype number.) She told me I was the ONLY customer that has called that didn't read the small print about the charges of the bottles, she said if I didn't want to listen she was going to hang up. I asked to speak with someone else and she said Im the supervisor if you want your refund you better listen. She threatened me numerous times to hang up and threatened when I told her I was going to call better business on them she said that I wouldn't get my refund. This is scary. Threats about my refund not getting put through because I report their business scam? WOW~!!! The card takes a few days to get the refund. Lets see what happens.
