BBC National Lottery Board by Dr Peter Franklyn announced I was the winner of 300,000,00 GBP and when I contacted the alleged Manager of International Remittance Office of Barclay's Bank I had to make several payments incl. Insurance, Transfer Charges and COT-code to the Reserve Bank of India to Mr Ekemini Peter and Ewin Logan. Transfer was always "On Hold" and then I had to pay 2% taxes for it! I contacted Barclay's Bank London only to find out that they don't send any e-mails to their customers. Everything was highly professional and convincing: Certificates, signatures and stamps. All scam!
