I've been very disappointed with the service I've recieved from Stil Haus kitchens. We decided to cancel our order that we had placed on the 06/03/2014 as we had been told that we could pay by card (which we couldn't) I was told that a refund of our deposit of £100 would be processed but after multiple emails and calls I've not heard anything.
Considering they seem to put a lot of stock in their customer services this has been an incredibly frustrating situation. There also seems to have been some sort of Stil Haus website breeding program on the internet-as I think you dont get a non affiliated site until the 20th search result...
I would, on the basis of my experience, advise people against using Stil Haus kitchens.
