person on phone lied to me that service was free when I spoke to a tech who spoke better English he told me of a charge. I said I am on No Call list and you all have been mistaken. Then he cussed at me. They are a scam, and he told me this was not a scam. Very unhappy and I lost 100 dollars in business because of them
