The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
Signed up for a 'Free Trial' only payment mentioned on the site at the time was P&P at £4.95, at no time during the transaction were T&C's offered or made available, or further costs mentioned - this is a total scam and I feel entirely foolish for having fell for it, currently trying to get some of money I have been charged back, this action by the supplier I believe to be entirely fraudulent and I will be taking it further.
