I received a bottle of Super Garcinia and the address that it was shipped from is 3760 W McFadden Ave, Suite B 602, Santa Ana CA 92704-1392.
The tracking number on the package is 9400 1118 9956 0809 8902 74 Ref# 1972548.
I don’t recall ordering this bottle so if I am on your list to send every other month or even month please stop sending to Janet Hampton po box 751 Watonga Okla. 73772.
If this is being sent in error and should be going to someone else please correct your books. I do not want to be charged for this product or it sent to my address any longer.
